New Growth Horizon Foundation is the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of Proper Brands. We are setting the bar for cannabis companies, using our platform to help not only our patients, but our communities through a commitment of giving.

The New Growth Horizon Foundation was launched in 2020 in partnership with Proper Brands, recognizing the growing potential of the cannabis industry to drive positive change. Proper Brands, a leading vertically integrated cannabis company in Missouri, operates in 12 communities statewide.
We were founded on the mission to help individuals achieve greater health and well-being, and with this new growth, to use their gifts in the service of the greater good. Our five areas of giving include:
- Qualifying Conditions for Medical Marijuana
- Education and Employment
- Homelessness and Housing
- Criminal Justice and Re-Entry
- Betterment of Missouri
